New ipads with 16GB and desktop Illustrator

Question

Hi, does anybody know, whether there will be possible to work with desktop illustrator exclusivelly on ipad, since new ipads already have 16GB ram...but I guess at this moment this is not possible? I know there is illustrator for tablets but that is not what i mean, i mean the real illustrator with all the functions. Contemplating whether it make sence to invest into desktops when the power is the same with new m1 Ipads.

Sad to say, it's not possible for the foreseeable future. The iPad version is less than a year old, though (officially), and already getting to be quite good! For now, we can just keep adding those feature requests for the capabilities we need most on iOS, and hope (maybe) for some convergence down the road.
