“Permission Denied” when trying to start AI subscription on iPad.

As per the title...very odd. No VPN etc either, and tried setting up another account in my wife's name. Same outcome. Can anyone help?

  • The exact version of iPadOS and Illustrator on the iPad
  • iPad Model
  • Screenshot of this error
  • Have you tried reinstalling the app?
  • Are there any recent changes made to your iPad? For example, any new system updates or apps installed recently.

Hi, 

 

I have exactly the same problem, no VPN, tried with two separate accounts. Permission denied when trying to subscribe. I'd love to be able to give you some money!
