Not sure why this showing as correct answer, i have Creative cloud subscription, i only download ipad illustrator but face same problem - when i login using my gmail account it asks me to subscribe again.

Existence, I am sorry you are unable to access your active subscription on Illustrator for iOS. I am showing that your new subscription is active and your account is in good standing. I am glad you are able to access your active subscription through other applications on the device. ^JW

does this mean i shouldn't use illustrator on ipad? i mean support engineers should have solution right? can we open an issue or something?

3 years ago and for. adifferent person in their situation it could have been the correct answer. We do not know anymore who marked it as correct.

 

So maybe you want to describe your problem?

Hello Monika. Thank you, i am facing exactly same problem, i have fresco, photoshop and illustration on ipad, i use my google account - the one i used for subcription - for all three, fresco and photoshop work fine, but illustrator, i have same problem which author has posted, it says fetching your subscription details and then shows to subscribe again. not able to proceed with my work. i have uninstalled- reinstalled illustrator, ios is all upto date, but same issue.

make sure your default browser on ipad is updated and not opera.
