Restore purchase

First of all, when I would open a previous or new document, the app on my iPad would automatically shut down. I deleted the app and installed it again and now when I log in, i click "Restore purchase" and it just loads. I deleted the app and tried again and same thing.

    I had this happen yesterday. 
    After opening the app and seeing the restore purchases screen:
    I closed out the app. 
    Then, I reopened the app, and the correct login screen loaded.

    You are probably on iPad OS 17, which is not yet fully compatible with Illustrator.
