Student account setup on iPad illustrator

Question

I am trying to sign into illustrator on my iPad Air. I signed in with my student account but it is still asking me to subscribe to "illustrator for iPad" but I have a student account do this program should be free. How can I bypass it to actually use the app?

I'm sorry to hear about this experience and for the delayed response. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try signing out and signing in with the right profile (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html) to check if it helps.

If you don't see the prompt for switching profiles, try disabling automatic profile selection (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html#automatic-profile-selection:~:text=To%20turn%20automatic%20profile%20selection%20on%20or%20off%2C%20do%20the%20following%3A) and then try signing in again and sharing your observations.
