Track/Panning with Magic Keyboard Trackpad? (Ipad Illustrator Bug?)

Hey All, 

I've recently switched from Affinity Designer over to Illustrator for work purposes, and so far loving it... except it doesn't seem like you are able to pan or track when using the Magic Keyboard?

I can select, and zoom with the trackpad but I'm unable to move around unless I touch the screen. Is this a bug with an update? It makes my workflow completely broken, and especially when coming from Affinity where it works perfectly when in "laptop mode" (aka how I do 90% of my work that isn't painted illustration) is an unfortunate deal breaker so I'm super hoping I'm just missing a setting somewhere.
