Typing Exact location in pixels

Hi 

this query is regarding pasting an object to an exact location . I want to type in the exact pixel location but when I do it on the iPad the position keeps auto adjusting to the 2nd or 1st decimal place .
Can i just not have a manual location adjust instead of it trying to guess for me ! ?
