Vectoring image from iPad

Hi ! I don't find how I can transform image in vectorial image thanks to illustrator with my iPad, can you help me please ?

There are shape tools for creating stars, polygon, rectangles, ellipses and there is the pen tool and a pencil tool. So you take these tools and then you draw what you need. and then assign fills and strokes.
