Versiones anteriores a Illustrator

Hola, a pesar de haber tenido asesoramiento no logro que Creative Cloud me muestre versiones anteriores de Illustrator para descargar, con las ultimas no logro que CUTTING MASTER en cualquiera de sus versiones pueda correr bajo esta aplicacion y estoy con mucho trabajo y necesito con urgencia poder utilizar la aplicacion para el plotterde corte. Alguien tiene algun link a versiones anteriores de Illustrator? Agradeceré cualquier ayuda que me puedan brindar. Saludos! Andrea

If not, could you confirm the exact version of the OS installed on your computer and the version of Illustrator you are looking to install?
