Will there be support of iPad Air 2?

Question

I have an iPad Air 2, and its on IOS 15.2.1.Technically, it should run it, but the app is not compatible.Are there any plans to add iPad Air 2 to the list at all?

Here is a list of the iPads that are supported for Illustrator:

Note the comment that says, "Illustrator on the iPad is compatible on any iPad that supports Apple Pencil."

The iPad Air 2 does not support the Apple Pencil and also will not run Illustrator.

Hard for other users to answer that one. At a guess purely based on age of device and therefore the hardware used plus when Ai for iPad became available I'd assume it won't be.  Keep an eye on the System Requirements for Illustrator on iPad though, just in case they do add older devices.
