대화형PDF에서 설정된 단추가 작동되지 않는 이유가 궁금합니다.

단추에 부여한 설정값이 미리보기에서는 작동되는데 대화형 PDF만 만들어서 해보면 작동을 안합니다.

PDF 설정시 양식 및 미디어를 모두 포함에 체크한 상태로 만드는데도 안되는 이유가 뭘까요??

Advanced PDF functions such as buttons, interactive elements and multimedia only work reliably when the PDF is viewed in Adobe Acrobat (Reader or Pro). Using any other PDF reader, including those on mobile devices and embedded in browsers, means that these advanced features may not work.

All PDF readers are not the same, and most of the third-party (non-Adobe) ones are limited in their feature support.
