100% Automated License

How are you doing?

I am here to know about license terms software, limitations and about your opinion and experiences.

I will develop an InDesign script, that reads a watched folder in a local network, with a XML and build a document with all collected information.

The script will run straight from the OS without any human, any time.

If the InDesign crashes, an software will start it again and run the next operation.

So again, 100% automated, no humans operating anytime.

1 - The point is, can I do it with a regular (desktop) license and stay legally?

2 - How do you do in your projects?

3 - Where is the terms of use that says that I am not allowed to do it?
4 - If, not permitted, what options I have without the very expensive InDesign Server?
