Hi Everyone,

Not the most saviest when it comes to InDesign. My printer has asked me to set the artwork I've been working on to 100%. I'm not sure what to do, could anyone guide me on how I check what % it is at and how do I resize it?

There's no obvious reason why it wouldn't be 100% already.

What is the page size in your document setup?

What is the final size the printed piece will be trimmed to?

What format are you sending to the printers? Presuming PDF, which export setting are you using?

Hey,

Thanks for getting back to me. Thats what I was thinking already but i'm too sure because of their persistent replies to change it to 100%

Im not too sure the final size it will be trimmed to because it's actually a box and they come in various sizes.

The format I am using is PDF and the settings are:

Also this is their response:

"The artwork has been scaled down so when prepress tries to correct the size, some of the images become blurry.

Therefore all the artwork and images should be at 100%."
