115 Missing Font errors

After 5 years of paying for InDesign, suddenly my Segoe font is “missing” and instead of 0 errors in preflight panel I get a hundred errors.  Still, I can edit fine and when exporting, the pdf looks like it has the desired font.

    I hope you're doing well.

    I wanted to follow up and check if the issue has been resolved or if you're still seeing the missing Segoe font errors in InDesign.

    If the problem persists, could you please update the thread with the information requested by the experts? It would be helpful to know your InDesign version, operating system version, whether you're using a Mac or Windows system, where the Segoe font was obtained from, and whether Adobe Fonts is activated on your machine.

    Once we have those details, w’ll be happy to take this further and help investigate the issue.

    Where did you get your copy of the Segoe font? From Adobe Fonts? From Google Fonts? From third-party vendor?

     

    I ask because the font is easily available from a number of sources, and your issue may not be that you don’t have the font, so much that you have multiple instances of the font, and that it’s causing conflicts when InDesign is trying to determine which instance you’re using.

     

    Some other general questions:

     

    1. Are you using InDesign on a Mac or a Windows PC system?
    2. I have to ask: do you have Adobe Fonts activated on your system?

     

    Please share the answers to these questions. It’ll help us better help you in resolving your font issues.

    What are your InDesign and operating system versions?
