2 pages landscape to 1 page portrait

I have Adobe InDesign CC 2018. It is a spread of 2 pages the same size and orientation (11 in x 8.5 in/landscape).  I would like to change size and have these 2 pages on one 8.5 in x 11 in/portrait page which would require me to change the size of each original page to 8.5” x 5.5” in.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

What I found that worked is page tool/liquid page rule/scale/select size; selection tool, out of page, highlight all content & drag back to middle of page (Creative Nerds How to rescale an InDesign page - YouTube )  File/Document setup did not scale properly for me.  I appreciate your prompt reply.  I learned some handy things on this.  ~lynda
