2023 Indesign crashes on launch [Version 18.5 on Ventura]

Urgaent help please ... Version 18.5 Indesign crashes everytime I open the program. All other apps in CS are ok. To get Indesign working I have to remove, download and reinstall the program everytime I open the computer. This is definately not good because I upgraded from CS5 and intend to use this for work. I upgraded my computer to Ventura 13 MacBook Pro 14-inch 2023 as well and CS is all I have installed, so I wouldn't know what would crash it. Any permanent solution would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    There are several reports of 18.5 crashing on launch in the forums. Some people have simply rolled back to 18.4 or 18.3.

    Thanks Mel. Unfortunately difficult to discern much from the attachment since it's a bunch of stacked screens saved as a single screenshot.

     

    Have you tried rolling back to 18.4 or 18.3 to see if the crashes still happen with those versions?
