6 in x 10.5 in page size

I was wondering if anyone recognizes a 6 in x 10.5 in page size and what it would be used for.

My guess is for a tabbed mailer. Do you think I'm right?

I don't think you could identify a use for a page based on its size. I could be 6" wide x 10.5 high for a book page.
