8.5x11 Tri-fold Template

Does anyone have one of these or could someone tell me the dimensions, guides, folding, etc. for a tri-fold. Thanks.

Check your install disks. Should be a bunch of ID templates.

Edit: In ID go to File>new>document from template. Bridge will automatically start and you'll see a bunch of templates to choose from.
