Hello, I'm working on an 78 pages ePub with 13 short videos included (about 35/40 MB each). The ePub have photo and I used only one type (Proxima Nova). So my question, is there a way to decrese the file size? I tried to resaved my image fo a more compress one but Its not changing the size in a dramatic way.

Ihave tried PNG or JPG... nothing change.

I'm working with IDD CC 2018. And exportinin ePub Fixed layout.

Hi,

If you are exporting as ePUB FXL, maybe you can reduce the bitrate from videos (use Media Encoder) and apply some videos online and some embedded. Try distribute with Publish Online and ePUB FXL. More than 10 MB to reflowable epub is so big

    Sounds about right. 13 videos at 40MB is 520MB.

    The rest doesn’t seem all that outlandish.
