A hyperlink within a button?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions. I created a document with a button that opens a text box. The text box is another button (show and hide) so that it can open and close. Within the text box, I included a hyperlink. When I export an interactive PDF or publish it at an Adobe link, the hyperlink in the text box does not work (even if that box/button is moved to the front). Is it possible for a link inside a button like this to work? If so, is there something I’m missing? Thanks!

I keep getting an error: Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested. The file is only 2 mb.

I think the only solution for you is to add another Behavior:

Then the whole frame become a link:

Attached is INDD file and PDF.

Here it is at an Adobe link: https://indd.adobe.com/view/428d3485-a5bf-4a76-b354-68100ca4a85e

See the bottom right corner. Number 18 is a button with the text box and a hyperlink that doesn't work.
