A5 Printing problem

Hi,

an A5 document which printed OK from my PC from InDesign CS6 v8.1 comes out with a wider margin, when I print to the same printer from my new Mac, in Version 18.2.1, ie the outside edges are blanked out.

The margin is set to 0mm, printing to an HP Laserjet, but the printed matter came 5mm from the edge.

If I select Scale To Fit then it reduces it to 89%, with a 13mm margin.

I tried creating a new document from scratch, same problem.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks Peter. This now solved by loading the proper HP driver. Doh! I knew it was down to me. (It's still not quite as clever as it is on the PC, especially with double-sided, but that's probably down to HP).

What paper size are you using to print? To the best of my knowledge there is no HP laserjet capable of edge-to-edge printing, so if you have content extending to the edge of your A5 page size layout you would need to print on a larger sheet and trim.
