Warum funktionenieren die Abstandseingaben vor resp. nach einer Zeile in den Tabellen nicht mehr?

To my experience, you would have to have separate tables to put space between rows. Within a table you could have custom strokes (as in 2 strokes) that would resemble spacing. Another approach would be using paragraph styles with paragraph borders and paragraph shading fills designed in such a way as to resemble inter-row spacing.
