Accessibility. Do i need to check these boxes on export to epubs?

Can someone tell me if these boxes are relevant, and need to be checked on. And what do they do exactly? See screenshot.

This is the accessibility metadata tab — used to describe the accessibility features of deficits of the book you are creating. I think this the Dutch version of ID (I think!) which means you are in the EU. As of June 28, 2025, under the auspices of theEuropean Accessibility Act publishers and vendors are required to include accessibility metadata in your EPUBs or risk a fine. I suggest you develop a set of data points that suits the content you create and use it for every book going forward.
