Acrobat Showing incorrect

Hi Everybody,

 

I recently sent a design to a client and the eps background did not show up on their version of Acrobat?

 

The eps. background was placed into inDesign and then exported to a pdf. What do you think?

 

All of my apps are up-to-date and I'm workinf on a Mac.

    Which version of Acrobat is your client running? Which version are you running?

    I think it's the most up-to-date version, see below:

     

     

    On second thoughts, could it be that I exported as an interactive pdf? I wanted to keep the colours RGB you see but maybe it's not displaying the eps. in older versions?

    If they're RGB in the InDesign file they're going to be RGB in the PDF when exporting as X4.


    All of the colours I've used inDesign are RGB but it defaults to CMYK after exporting as X4
