AcroTray Hanging When Printing a Booklet from InDesign

Good afternoon!

Our Tech Info department can no longer print booklets from InDesign to PDF (InDesign 14.0.1).

When they open an INDD file, then "File" -> "Print Booklet", and choose "Adobe PDF" as the printer, the booklet will start the process (The AcroTray window will appear), but will stop at around page 9. AcroTray will be running in the Task Manager, but responsive.

This is happening to at least three of our staff, and creating a brand new file and printing a booklet from that new file will create the same symptoms.

Please help!

Didn't work for us. Crashes in Acrobat as well. NOT the correct answer.
