Adding Soundtrack to the Interactive PDF

Howdy,

Does anyone know if it possible to add a soundtrack to my online interactive pdf? If so, how.
Ideally, in the background, I would love to have a continuous soundtrack to accompany the viewer as they click through my online interactive PDF

Thanks

You say online interactive PDF. What exactly does that mean and why don't you just create a website?

Maybe 'Interactive PDF' isnt the correct term, I am in InDesign and am using the publish online function.

Publish Online is HTML5 and you can include multimedia elements in the documents.

(Such documents are hosted on Adobe servers.)

You can't add audio or video successfully to an Interactive PDF for distribution. Look at InDesign's Publish Online facility and FXL ePub instead.

The PDF is created w the Publish Online fucntion, Ive added playable videos, gifs and music before but would love for eg, the ability on a parent page or linking throughout the Indesign doc add a song which will then play continuosly without restarting w every page turn, so if a client is on the cover for 10 seconds, you get the first 10 seconds of the audiotrack, page two, 15 seconds follows on from the 10 seconds played previously and so on.

PDFs downloaded from Publish Online documents are static (if that's what you mean).

The other option is to use the InDesign plugin in5  (at extra cost) to create your multi-media document: https://ajarproductions.com
