Adding space between numbered bullets

I would like to have space between each numbered bullet. What is the easiest way to do this?

        I'm super new to indesign.  So, when you go to make that change in paragraph styles where exactly do you find that option?  I have the paragraph style option open but I don't see that as a selection.  I'm assuming it's something located on the left hand side to select but I have no idea which one I need to pick.
