Adding swatches to CC library not working

I am trying to add a batch of swatches from InDesign to CC library for use in InDesign and Illustrator but it is saying I need to sign in to CC when I already am. Any ideas? TIA

Log out of InDesign

Help>Sign Out

Also sign out of Creative Cloud

Go online to Adobe Creative Cloud and make sure you're signed out there too.

Restart

Sign back into your creative cloud

Open InDesign

Does the problem persist?

Still have the same issue. Have logged out of all apps and CC and then back in again
