Adjust horizontal diacritic position not working

I need to adjust the position of the vowels in a Hebrew word. I thought I knew how to do this: there is an adjust horitzontal diacrtic position tool in the character panel. I select the vowel, and change the position to +75 and nothing happens.

Solved. I was using the adjustment in the character panel, (perhaps only for Arabic) and found the diacritic panel that works.
