Adobe Fonts "PT Serif - Small Caps" not working in Indesign

I've tried installing Google Fonts "PT Serif" - Small Caps and this works in Indesign, but only having Adobe Fonts "Pt Serif" - Small Caps installed doesn't work in Indesign. - It does work in Illustrator and Photoshop - Which seems to lead me think it maybe an Indesign problem handling this Font. (or sadly my PC for some reason?).

Is there any one else with this problem?
Is it Indesign or Adobe Fonts Problem?

Sounds like you have both versions installed. Get rid of one of them.

My preferance was to work with just Adobe Fonts versions along with the rest of my team. So I have already tried this but Adobe Font version doesn't work for me. Is it just me that it is a problem?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try copying the fonts to the InDesign\fonts folder location and restart InDesign to check if this resolves the issue. If this doesn't work, please share the version of InDesign & OS. We'll try our best to assist you with this.
