Adobe Indesign 19.0.1 won't sync fonts and get stuck on Activating Font loop

Woke up today after the weekend and Indesign wouldn't start at all, neither of the two versions CC decided to install on my device. I uninstalled the older version, updated my macbook to Ventura 13.6.2 and finally indesign opened. Now I can't use the documents I was working on Friday, because it says fonts syncing, I literaly can't export a pdf because the background task qeue is occupied with an endless loop of Syncing Font. How is this even possible.

    Have you experimented with resetting InDesign?

    No I don't, and I shouldn't have to read that wall of text just for things to work as they should, after paying to get this service. I see now how your hair turned grey man.
