Adobe InDesign asking to buy even with a subscription

ID files or program won't open.  Takes me to a Buy ID screen.  I already have it; pay monthly.  No customer support for this.  Any ideas?

Which version of InDesign are you trying to open? Are you signed into Creative Cloud with your credentials (meaning no one else has signed in using another account)? You can check this in the Creative Cloud app.
