Adobe InDesign Autoflow Problems

My text in my book document won't auto flow to the next page(s), in my Adade InDesign program. When I highlight, and select all to change my fonts size, several of my book chapters at the end of the book disappears, instead of autoflowing. Help!

Under Document Setup, is "Primary Text Frame" checked? (It maybe grayed out, question is just if it's checked.) If not, and if you can, check it.

If so, go to the last page of your document. Add a page manually in the Pages pane. On the last page with text and the overflow indicator (red +), click on the indicator. Go to the next, new page. Shift-click in the text area of that page. It should flow to as many pages as needed, and that should eliminate the problem for further flows as well.

The document may also be corrupted. But let's see if the above works, first.
