Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud 2018 Not Opening File After Mac Shutdown

I have uninstalled and re-installed CC InDesign 2018 after my apple mac shutdown and restarted, I was busy with the file as the power went off, now after restarting my pc and trying to open the file I was busy with, Indesign crashes immediatley, it works with all my other InDesign projects, just not with this file. Even when I try opening in CC Indesign 2019, it says the file can not be opene.
I get a crash report, but no error code on CC 2018.

Can anyone sugest to me what I can do, otherwise I just lost 2 days of work.

Save the file as an IDML and see if you can open that.

Work on the basis you may loose documents occasionally and make incrementally named copies and also keep copies externally as well as your computer.

Thanks for the reply Derek, unfortunatly, I can not even open the file to save it as a IDML.
I also tried saving the file with a different name and different location, but still not opening.
