I've installed the program several times, but I keep encountering the same error. I haven't encountered this problem with InDesign on my other computer. What causes this and how can I fix it?

Try clearing the cache. UI issues are sometimes solved by doing that

It's supposed to be like this, but it looks corrupted, like the first image I sent. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program once, but nothing changed.
