Adobe InDesign "Publish online error #39"

Hello, everyone. I'm trying to publish my indd file online but I get this error. Also when I go to https://indd.adobe.com and click on "Sign in" - nothing on the screen changes besides the link changing to https://indd.adobe.com/#
