Adobe InDesign sign-in problem

Dear all, I am unable to open my Adobe InDesign desktop app (windows). The following window pops up. What can be the reason? I checked but my contract is still running, my profile should be okay.

Ich würde mal die Creative Cloud Desktop App starten und mich dort ausloggen.

Den Rechner neustarten und mich bei der CC Desktop App wieder anmelden.

Natürlich mit der Adobe ID auf die das Abo läuft.

Very bad experience share that wltime not login mail id. It's very important dat add this apps but that time not access mail id and Google id reply as soon as possible . Can I trust this apps but right now I m failed not using this apps. Please update this apps Adobe Photoshop mix apps

    eine Verbindung zum Internet besteht an diesem Rechner?

    Da würde ich mal den Adobe Support bemühen. Wir können da eher nicht helfen…

    Hm. Schau' mal auf diese Statistik:

    Sieht so aus, als ob heute etliche Wartungsarbeiten anliegen.

    Kann aber nicht sagen, ob das Dich jetzt direkt betreffen mag.
