Adobe out to lunch

I have been grying to get hold of any one in Adobe for 20 minutes, by any means.

Their phone number does not work from the UK.

The number on their renewal letters says 'Thanks for calling adobe direct sales ' and then hangs up.

Thei chat system is not working. 

Hugely fed up.
