Printing Error: The Adobe Print Engine has failed to output your data due to an unknown problem. Font is Myanmar MN

Correct answer Steve Werner

It prints fine with InDesign 2015, 2017, 2018.

You could file a bug report here but that won't get your job out:

Feature Requests/Bugs

It could be a small change in the way InDesign CC 2019 that made is intolerant of a font that has become damaged. It's really hard to tell.

Did you try Bob's workaround of printing from a PDF file?

Not sure what OS you're on, but since upgrading to CC2019 on Mojave, I can print very little from Indesign without failure. I can export to PDF and print that, but that is a lousy workaround.

Various problems require different solutions. Here are a few from Adobe Help:

I have tried many things. Myanmar MN is a system font. I can make a PDF, I can not export as an .eps or print as a .ps. When I remove Myanmar MN is can print, .eps, .ps. I can open and do everything with InDesign 2018.

Have you tried a substitute font.
