Adobe Publish Online Errors

Hello everyone,

I'm unable to publish online with Adobe Indesign and I always get errors for example error #18, #23.

I've tried several different things from loggin in and out. Updating my mac, updating indesign. 

Creating a new adobe account. Nothing is working. 

Does anyone have any idea?
