Adobe Review Links not working for Illustrator and InDesign

I have started using review links to share my work amongst team members. However, I've noticed that these get randomnly pulled and show up as a Error 404.

Are there plans to make these review links permanently online like published documents or will there be another iteration of review links with better functionality released?
