Adobe Share for Review Glitching

Up until this week, I've had success with using the share or review function within indesign. I sent a link to a few new people and found some can open with no issues and others are getting a screen that blacks in and out very fast when trying to scroll then gets stuck in a scroll spiral they cannot get out of. 3 people have experienced the same thing. Any thoughts?

Thanks @Anshul_Saini, I appreciate you looking into this.

I was told by those using it to make copy edits, that it was slow and cumbersom to use. When higlighting a word or sentence, it would regularly highlight the wrong section. Someone else told me they were getting a session timed out error message. I'm asuming it wasn't meant to be shared for advanced copy edits and that it's more of a general overview tool. I also learned the hard way that you can't work within a doc and have someone reviewing it via a link at the same time. That one is on me.

Try to get more information from the three who are having about their system setup. Are they viewing this in a web browser or in InDesign? Try to get what version of the application they are seeing this display and what operating system they are using.
