Definitely still having issues with an Adobe sign-in required for "Anyone with a link can comment" review links.

The issue is still present after updating to 19.0.1 and recreating review links.

I'm experienceing an issue: I've selected the "Anyone with the link can comment" option in the Share option, but it requires an Adobe login and those I work with do not have an Adobe account.

Updated to v. 19.01 according to customer service but the issue has not been fixed on 19.01.

Hello,

I have problems with sharing for reviews with my co-workers withouts Adobe account.
In Indesign i gave anyone with link acces to my file for reviews. But when my co-workers want to open the link they have to give an login and password. But they don't have an account.

Anyone else having problems since the update InDesign 19.0.1 ?

Thank you

Kind Regards

Jennifer

Having the same issue. Very frustrating.

Hi guys,

Is anyone else having issues with Share for Review links from InDesign? The links generate and seem to work correctly for users signed in to an Adobe account, but when setting them to Public and trying to access them as a non-logged in user, it takes you to "your files" or asks the recipient to sign-in, this has never happened before and thus poses a problem, as we require clients to view the links and approve work done.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

I can no longer share links to external clients. They have to login to view public links. How can I fix this?

Share for review links is suddenly asking my clients to create or login with an account.

The share for review-function was working fine a week ago.

Now I have a working file with 20+ comments in, that the customer suddently is not able to continue using.

I've been using the Share for Review (Public/With Password) with all clients for a few months now.

Clients would click the public link, pop the password in and see/comment on the file.

However it seems overnight, when clients click on the link its asking for them to sign in or create an Adobe account? Which kinda defeats the purpose of a public Share for Review.

Is this happening to others? I know this was a part of bug back in 2021, has it come back????

I have the same problem. A try-to-back version but same problem.

Does anyone else have this problem and is it solvable? Can someone from Adobe chime in on this?

Is anyone having trouble with reviews in InDesign? I have sent my team links to our project, but they cannot access it like they have in the past. I have "Anyone with the link can comment" selected, but it currently shows a sign in link.

Yes! I am having this issue as well. I have "Anyone with the link can comment" selected for Share for Review, but anytime any of my clients click on the link, it prompts them to log into an Adobe Account. I tried updating InDesign & logging out & in of Creative Cloud, and still no luck 😞
