I'm guessing you put the bullet characters in manually? If so, you will want to pull them back out. Find/change makes this very easy.

Hi Aiden,

I would like to know if the steps suggested by Barb worked for you, or the issue still persists.

Kindly update the discussion if you need further assistance with it.

Thanks,

I there a discussion on how to customize the bullet/indent/tab/text? InDesign is confusing on this or there aren't enough straight forward controls to manipulate tabs/spacing. It would seem like that should be explained when "default" bullet/tab/spacing isn't wanted.
