Aligning Column Text in Resume

Hello! I'm struggling to columnize my resume. I want the dates to appear in the right-hand text frame, but no matter how I position it, it doesn't fully line up with the other column's text---even with the same leading. I also know there is probably a better way to build this than I'm aware of. Something to do with split columns or tabs maybe? Someone help me do it properly!

Thanks!

ANother problem you have: you add empty paragraph returns to create space between paragaphs. Don't do that, work with space before and after in your paragraph styles.

Whe you use a dash from tp,  you use a - dash but it should be a – dash.

Wrong: 2023-2024, correct 2023–20224

Align your paragraph styles to the baseline grid.
