Hi,

In Table Style, there is Alternating Pattern.

Is there a panel to make it?

(I am not using Table Style.)

Hi,

Here is an explanation: Overprinting in InDesign (adobe.com)

Overprinting is a technique that allows you to set the color of one object to mix with any colors underneath. For instance, without overprinting, a yellow object placed over a blue background knocks out the blue and prints as yellow. But with overprinting turned on, the yellow object mixes with the blue background to create green.

In your case, it would be important if you had any design behing the table for example.

Chose one of the options from the drop-down menu, then choose colors and number of repeats in the fields below. (they only become active once you have chosen a pattern)

mouse-right-click menu shows the option.

But it isn't working to my case.

Hi @Hosun ,

could be that you have already overridden the fill of the cells.

The hierachy, where the top item is the one you actually can see on the page:

[1] Manual override

[2] Applied cell style

[3] Applied table style
