ALTERNATIVE LAYOUTS : TOC Issues

Hi,

I have created 3 x alternative layout options for an interactive document that I hope to publish with In5. Each has a TOC that hyperelinks to the respective pages, but the TOC in one layout does not hyperlink - when I fix this, another TOC in another layout does not work.

No matter how many times I do this, I can only get 2 of the 3 layouts to have functioning TOCs.
