Amend multiple entries in an index

Hi All

I have hundreds of entries  in my index and I need to add a ^t to the end of every entry.  Please see an example of my index below (yes you are right - it doesn't look like a normal index).

Is it possible to amend multiple entries in an index without having to amend every entry individually please?

Hoping someone has a clever solution to save me a lot of time.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

You don't need to add them in the Index Panel, they can be inserted when you generate the index by adding ^t in the Following Topic box. If you want a tab after the page number, add it in the Entry End box.
