Anchored object styles with XY Position

Hi

I am working on a project where I have to give a custom shape to all the footnote references.

Copy paste the shape is easy with GREP , however, I am facing issues in positioning to exact X and Y coordinates for the references.

I have attached JPG file.

I'll email the idml file if required.
