Annoying comment box

I've just updated my InDesign desktop app and this annoying black box with white lines sits on top of everything and won't go away; how do I make it?

Thanks both. Restarting did nothing, removing Publish Online from Preferences worked a treat.

Try Bob's suggestions first, but if it continues to give you grief, you might try disabling Publish Online in Preferences:

Looks like the nag screen for Publish Online is a bit wonky.

If restarting InDesign doesn't fix it, try trashing your preferences.
